The Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Research Officer (Siddha), Research Assistant (Chemistry), Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) and Laboratory Attendant posts. Eligible candidates can apply through offline mode by Speed Post within 60 days from 31 January 2026 (date of publication in Employment News).

Age Limit (as on Closing Date)
- Research Officer (Siddha): 40 Years
- Research Assistant (Chemistry): 30 Years
- Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT): 35 Years
- Laboratory Attendant: 25 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates.
Eligibility
- Research Officer (Siddha): Postgraduate degree in Siddha System of Medicine from NCISM recognized Institution with enrolment in Central/State Register of Indian Medicine/Siddha.
- Research Assistant (Chemistry): Degree in concerned discipline with 2 years Research/Teaching experience OR Post Graduate Degree in concerned discipline.
- Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT): Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science with 2 years relevant experience.
- Laboratory Attendant: 12th (+2) with Science subjects. Desirable: Computer Certificate & Lab experience.

- Fill the application form neatly in capital letters and paste a recent passport-size photograph.
- Pay application fee (if applicable) through Demand Draft in favour of “Central Council for Research in Siddha”, payable at Chennai.
- Write your name, advertisement number, and post applied for on the back of the Demand Draft.
- Attach self-attested copies of age proof, educational qualification, experience, and category certificates (if applicable).
