- Resource Person (Junior): B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering OR Master’s Degree in Science (Geology/ Hydrology/ Water Resources/ Earth Sciences/ Remote Sensing & GIS).
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Master’s Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology in Climate Science, Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Hydrology, Water Resources Engineering, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing & GIS, or equivalent.

- Resource Person (Junior): Rs. 20,000 – 40,000/- per month + Rs. 1,500/- p.m. local conveyance
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable)
