Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS: Rs. 2360/- (2000 + 18% GST)
- SC / ST: Rs. 1180/- (1000 + 18% GST)
- PWBD: Exempted
- Fee exempted for contractual and deputation basis appointments.
Age Limit (as on 21-12-2025)
- Professor / Additional Professor: Not exceeding 58 Years
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 50 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Eligibility
- A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Post Graduate Qualification: MD/MS or equivalent recognized qualification in the respective discipline/subject.
- M.Ch for Surgical super specialties and D.M for Medical super specialties or equivalent recognized qualification.

Pay Scale
- Professor: Level-14-A (Rs. 1,68,900 – 2,20,400)
- Additional Professor: Level-13-A2+ (Rs. 1,48,200 – 2,11,400)
- Associate Professor: Level-13-A1+ (Rs. 1,38,300 – 2,09,200)
- Assistant Professor: Level-12 (Rs. 1,01,500 – 1,67,400)
- Plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
Contractual Remuneration
- Professor: Rs. 2,20,000/- per month
- Additional Professor: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month
- Associate Professor: Rs. 1,88,000/- per month
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,42,506/- per month
Selection Process
- Selection will be conducted by the Standing Selection Committee.
- AIIMS Raebareli reserves the right to conduct a written test if the number of applicants in a department exceeds 30.
