The Spices Board of India, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Spices Extension Trainee (SET) posts. A total of 10 trainee vacancies have been announced exclusively for SC/ST candidates. The notification (No. 49/2025) was released on 6 March 2026. Eligible candidates can participate in the walk-in test on 26 March 2026 at the designated centers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Botany / Microbiology / Biotechnology from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Candidates must have working knowledge of computers.
  • Applicants must possess the final degree certificate to be eligible.
  • This recruitment is only for SC / ST candidates.
